Depending on the exact service needed, onsite visits/meetings are available. Travel costs and expectations will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

New Service Discovery Call

New Service Discovery Calls are 35 minutes in length, just long enough to discuss your needs and mutually discover if we are a good fit to work together. It's best practice to have all decision makers available so all questions can be answered and a decision on moving forward can be made.


If, on the call, you decide to move forward with our services, the $50 booking fee will be applied to your first invoice.


NOTE: This call is for discussions regarding done for you services to be provided by ACT Now Financial Services.

No tax or accounting advice will be offered during this call.

Q&A Call

Q&A Calls are to help you get information to move ahead on your own. Suggested times are as follows:

30 minutes: ideal if you have just one "quick" tax or accounting question

60 minutes: ideal if you have a couple "quick" tax and/or accounting questions

90 minutes: ideal if you have several tax and/or accounting questions

If the time selected is not sufficient to resolve the topics at hand, additional time may be purchased at a reduced rate. The date and time for the additional minutes will be mutually agreed upon, but is not to exceed 3 business days from the initially scheduled call.

If, on the call, you choose to move forward with one of our service offerings instead, the full booking fee (plus the booking fee of any other previously scheduled Q&A call from within 3 business days) will be applied to your first invoice.
